Removes need to install libaxolotl.

Had to add the jabber protocol plugin headers to this source tree.

Bundle is now published at every start, not only with the devicelist.
Removed unnecessary includes.
Exchanged includes that are dependent on a path for a compiler argument.

Fixed the blacklist using the full instead of bare JID.
Added some warning messages and removed unnecessary ones.
All messages are now displayed without the final line break.
