Stop streaming while the app isn't focused

Quite often I end up forgetting about Millipixels still running in the background, which then uselessly eats a lot of power. This could be easily fixed by stopping streaming once the window gets out of focus (and resuming when the focus comes back).

Bonus points if this would be sensitive to window visibility instead, but we probably don't care that much for a tech preview ;)
