Honor panel orientation

If the panel orientation doesn't match the natural device orientation there's a 'panel orientation' DRM connector property to reflect that (only usable with DMI at the moment but that would be fixable. The compositor needs to take that into account for output rotation (https://github.com/swaywm/wlroots/issues/1581)
