Text input fields in layer shell surfaces do not unfold keyboard

While this works for xdg shell surfaces layersurfaces like (e.g. the shells modal dialogs) do not unfold the OSK. I've not yet looked any further.

A simple way to test on the devkit is to e.g. gpg sign a file which would spawn the gcr dialog for passphrase input.
