Move configuration to gsettings

most prominent parts would be

• keyboard layout (already existing schema, see !92 (merged))
• touch to output mapping (already existing schema)
• keybindings (already existing schema)
• output scaling
• cursor (size, theme, ...) (org.gnome.desktop.interface)
