Need PhoshBackgroundManager
Now with multiple outputs we want a backround manager that handles added and removed screens and spawns an PhoshBackground for each of them. For that to work PhoshBackground must not hardcode assumptions about being on the primary display.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
