Overview doesn't get keyboard focus

Not sure yet if it's phoc or phosh, but my guess would be at phosh.

  1. Open a terminal.
  2. Open the overview.
  3. Type something on a physical keyboard.
  4. Close the overview.

Effect: the typed characters appear on the terminal.

It's a possible cause of the issue that opening the overview closes the OSK as expected, but closing it to go back to terminal doesn't pop it back up.
