Lockscreen does not rotate back to portrait at launch

When phosh is launched with the screen already rotated to landscape, it locks the screen in landscape orientation without rotating back to portrait.

The easiest way to reproduce is to rotate the screen and execute killall phosh.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
