WWan: Locked icon with no sim

When no sim is inserted the wwan icon shows "auth-sim-locked-symbolic"

I would expect to see a different icon e.g "auth-sim-missing-symbolic".

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
