portrait/landscape icon not always up to date

    Open the panel, tap Portrait.
    The screen rotates.
    Open the panel, tap the icon (Portrait) again.
    The screen rotates.
    Open the panel, the icon shows Landscape. The picture is portrait.

the issue is that we emit the signal without waiting for the monitor to emit configured. While at that i'll change things to use the builtin monitor consistently (so we can just hook into it's configured).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
