Phosh Keyboard open from incoming chat notification on lockscreen

Lockscreen has keyboard

What is the expected behaviour?

Lockscreen should not have a keyboard

How to reproduce

Not sure the reliability of reproduction the steps were roughly:

1. testing chatty send/receive
2. close chatty
3. lock screen (to get notification)
4. get incoming sms and notification
5. unlock screen
6. see keyboard (sometimes)
