German translation of phosh is wrong

Hi, gnome gitlabs translation site sent me here. Not sure where best to propose mistranslations. In any case, currently "phosh shell" shows up as "Telefonhülle" (https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/phosh/-/blob/4fae3a0086cb38c396613a2827d21d8059055ce8/po/de.po#L39) which does not make any sense.

I checked what GNOME Shell does and they keep the "Shell" untranslated which does make sense. So I propose to change the "Telefonhülle" simply to "Phosh Shell" to keep in step what they do.

I would send a MR, but I don't know if translations are not handled through some other platform...
