Toggle adaptive apps filter

If we want to only show adaptive apps by default (Apps_Issues#159) we

  • need to make the app grid aware of that (but let's first settle on the filter criteria)
  • a way to list all apps nevertheless so a user can reach filtered out apps in case they are miscategorized

I could e.g. imagine to have a button 'show all apps' at the end of the app grid that switches to 'show only adaptive apps' when all apps are shown.
