Switch from HdyPaginator to HdyCarousel breaks scrolling on open apps overview

After the switch from HdyPaginator to HdyCarousel (commit f008d9e7) the open apps overview will not scroll when touching the app boxes. It will still work when touching the area in between. I tried to find the issue, but it seems like it is bug (or feature) in libhandy. Is it possible to revert back to HdyPaginator until it is resolved?
