Ungrab accelerators

The current keyboad event code grabs accelerators but never ungrabs them. That causes e.g. warning when moving the primary display but it will also be needed when we want tor react to keybinding changes (that e.g. come in via GSettings)

With !641 (merged) this can just happen in on_action_removed
