Don't force hidden keyboard on the lock screen

with osk not popping out on a11y changes we should be able to have squeekboard pop out on the lock screen again (which will be needed for non pin passwords too).

this helps people with keyring password (but that shouldn't happen anyway #397)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
