Slide back windows that failed to close

we have a somewhat odd situation with kgx: when you do sudo -s in kgx (so there's a running command)and then swipe it up then kgx spawns a dialog, if you swipe that up too (hence canceling it) you get an empty carousel. If you touch right in the middle of the crousel kgx slides back down.

That's because the close of kgx itself didn't happen. Since we don't know from protocol that the close got rejected @alexander.mikhaylenko suggested to slide back after a timeout
