geolocation service in use indicator

@tobias.bernard Do we have mockups to indicate 'geolocation service in use' to the user? It might make sense from a privacy PoV but the top bar is also getting really crowded.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
