Further modal-dialog tweaks

  • 1px #2b2b2b line to separate buttons from content and each other (or use @borders)
  • darker background (#353535)
  • don't have dialogs touch left/right screen edge
  • From @alexander.mikhaylenko : use transparent black for the outer border rather than grey? grey causes border smear if the dialog is on top of a darker surface, see https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/merge_requests/3260
