After installing Naultilus via sudo apt install nautilus there's no icon in Phosh's app drawer, whereas this previously used to properly create one (that also worked as expected).

i have a nautilus icon on my laptop (files) and know that other apps like evince show up on the phone right away when instaled. i'll have to check that exact case when near the device.
i tried on the phone and it shows up in the files menu immediately @eric.kuzmenko can you reproduce the issue by uninstalling/reinstalling nautilus? If so we'd put phosh into debug mode so we get some more infos.
If this is really the same issue I've seen, then it's not related to monitoring - the icon was still missing after phosh restart or reboot. Adding a new icon made the missing one appear, but removing that new one made both disappear.
I tried it again yesterday with a fresh image, ran apt update, apt upgrade, install nautilus and the icon showed up. Does this mean it works sometimes or has the issue been resolved?
