Start phosh via gnome-session

Start a full gnome-session as gnome-shell does.

To get out of WIP status:

• Check on dev board or qemu

Will this solve the XDG_DATA_DIRS environment setup?

I workaround that overriding that var in phosh.service, and flatpak apps are seen in favorites

I think so plus some other things like locale setup, etc.

Then I have to give this a try:
