Needs an unsloppy build for byzantium

Failing an issue since we don't have sloppy builds there and since this is needed for the byzantium move. Regular steps would be to move modificaiont to debian/patches as e.g. @alexander.mikhaylenko did for ephy or (since i assume this is along living fork) turn it into a Debian native package.
