High and prolonged CPU and RAM usage with additional repos configured

While on the default settings it's not that bad (but still could be better), adding Flathub or Debian APT repos can make gnome-software and packagekitd processes take a really long time keeping the CPU busy and a lot of RAM used - not just after after starting PureOS Store, but also on every boot and when it does periodic update checks. This is really bad for battery life and heat generation.
