The Debian package shouldn't be native

Currently the Debian package is set to be native - which isn't right when there's a separate upstream. It can also lead to version conflicts (and already led me to tag a new version before I realized that we're not the upstream there). It should be somewhat solved, and potentially uploaded to Debian to make future maintenance easier.
