needs to a way to stay hidden when a real keyboard is attached

When there's a real keyboard the osk should not fold out. I'm not sure we want that policy in the osk itself but that's likely a good place to have the discussion.

The compositor already hides the cursor when there's no mouse so we could do the same for osk but we likely want a way for the user to fine tune this.
