Telegram Desktop gets weird inputs

When using Telegram Desktop from Flathub (not from our repos, it doesn't even start there) on the Librem 5 devkit, I couldn't log in because when I press most keys from Sqeekboard it does nothing, and some keys input other values.

I have no idea whether it's Squeekboard's fault or Telegram's.
