Hebrew layout is not the standard layout.
The Hebrew layout is very weird, and has some keys in non normal places.
See for example the 'ף' key, which would normally appear as the rightmost key in the 2nd row (from the top).
Instead, it appears on the top row, as the leftmost key.
This is probably because of the left shift key, which takes up a lot of space, and serves no function in Hebrew (no capital letters!).
