Shift and Caps Lock behavior

Single tap on the shift button: activate caps lock only for the next letter, then revert everything to normal/lowercase

Double tap on the shift button: activate caps lock permanently. When the button is tapped again, revert to normal.

The single tap behavior is already implemented (minus the styling of the button), so only the double tap part is missing.
