Submit and delete strings via text_input

Dorota Czaplejewicz requested to merge dorota.czaplejewicz/squeekboard:text_input_enable into master

Makes use of the text_input interface to submit text to aware applications. As a side effect, aware applications will not get repeated text when key is held.

Deleting characters is done with the same interface.
