copy fewer uboot files

Guido Gunther requested to merge guido.gunther/u-boot-builder:cp-less-uboot into librem5

In order to simplify the build only copy what we actually need to invoke flash_hdmi_spl_uboot.

Tested with a u-boot-devkit-recovery.imx build to boot a kernel on the devkit.
