da830: modify the MEMTEST start and end address

Modify the MEMTEST start and end address. The memtest range was overlapping the
CONFIG_SYS_LOAD_ADDR which causes the uImage to be corrupt. Also, modify the
size for which mtest is run to 32MB from 16MB.
