bq25890: Clear the shipping mode bits on boot

If the phone gets turned back on while in the 10s shipping mode delay, it gets turned on and then back off because of shipping mode being activated. Also, plugging USB in while in that 10s delay and then turning it on will make the phone turn off on USB unplug because of the shipping mode staying active.

Both issues could be solved by having u-boot get bq25890 out of the shipping mode when it boots.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
