Need "pin input" keyboard layout

We (will) have several dialogs (e.g. initial PIN entry) that require only numbers. For these cases it would be nice to have a keyboard layout that only displays a keypad (e.g. by using the HdyDialer widget). This could be used when the input hint is "pin entry"
