Fix c'n'p error that built mesa from my repo. Content was the same
so no harm done so far.

Although it doesn't matter which arch we use use arm64 since that's
what we intended to do in the last commit.

Build on arm64 only. The current package is arch all and the upcoming
librem5-devkit-host too.

The package more than themes like having our meta packages
and polkit configuration.

Master branch builds without modifications on Debian testing now.

We build it ourselfes due to the WWAN plugin.

We have chroots for all these architectures now.

We've added tests to Calls now and apparently tests fail on armhf at
the moment so we disable tests for Calls with the 'nocheck' build
option.

So we have a fixed vmdeboostrap that can build arm64 with u-boot.

We use the version on gitlab.gnome.org for the moment until we
have a copy on source.puri.sm.

That's what runs on arm01

Phosh depends on libhandy which is not in buster.

Since qemu-user currently segfaults when running xvfb

We don't want to maintain a buster branch
