First step at folding things back into PureOS proper

arm01 doesn't exist anymore so these can go. Future 'on-commit'
ci would be handled by gitlab-ci anyway.

This avoids build attempts when e.g. a developer
users the same key in Debian. The builds fail due
to the changelog not having the right distribution
but this prevents the attempts upfront.

Make sure Jenkins handed us a signed tag and undo potential
workspace changes (although Jenkins does that too).

blesse-builds: Build the tag we're seeing

This was broken on multiple levels. We now also attach logs
on success.

This is similar to what we did for the CI builds working
towards less delta.

We drop
- lintian checks (since they ran *past* the upload and
  we can do those in gitlab-ci)
- Support for sloppy builds since those aren't allowed for byzantium
  anyway.

We don't need them since some time and can be emulated by
the automatic ones if needed.
