      libc: Use generic c_char type · 8b2c668c
      Josua Mayer authored

For unknown reasons, the Rust libc bindings disagree between signed and
unsigned char among different cpu architectures.
      E.g. 32- and 64-bit ARM translate char to u8, while amd64 uses i8.

By using the c_char type provided by the libc bindings, this issue can
be avoided in a cpu and os independent way.

Remove Talker ID checks from verify · f06bd24a
      Daniel Aleksandersen authored
Turns out Talker IDs don’t have to start with "$G" as I first
believed. BeiDou identifies as either "$GB" or "$BD". Likewise,
QZSS as either "$GP" (shared ID with GPS) or "$QZ". Other Talker
IDs less relevant to positional data that don’t start with G
      also exist.

      gps: Implement GPS for Box<GPS> · c44545d1
      Zeeshan Ali authored
This makes it possible to coerce Box<GPS> into a GPS so we don't need to
use Box everywhere. We still can't use pure GPS as type for function
parameters though as size of parameters need to be known at compile time.
