	static functions, replace some others by g_assert().

	* gtk/gtktextview.c (selection_motion_event_handler)
	(gtk_text_view_start_selection_drag): Keep track of the original
	selection boundaries during a drag selection, in order to correctly
	decide when to extend or shrink the selection.  (#320167,
