MLK-14382-2 mx6ularm2: Add DTS files for ARM2 boards

Copy the DTS files from kernel for DDR3 ARM2 board and LPDDR2 ARM2 board
preparing for enabling OF_CONTROL.
Modify the QSPI n25q256a flash node's compatible to "spi-flash" for using
DM SPI driver.
