MLK-14380-2 mx6ullarm2: Add DTS files for ARM2 board

Copy the DTS files from kernel for DDR3 ARM2 board for preparing enabling
the OF_CONTROL.
Modify the QSPI n25q256a flash node's compatible to "spi-flash" for using
DM SPI driver.
