Coreboot: External NVMe enclosures only recognized on USB2 in Librem Mini v2
We had a report of a user trying to boot an OS from an external NVMe in an enclosure that the NVMe is not recognized in Coreboot's boot menu. Other devices like Live USB are recognized.
This was with a Librem Mini v2.

Matt was able to reproduce the problem with the same enclosure model.
With @matt.devillier the device was only recognize using USB2.
User that reported the issue only tried with USB3 ports
