Coreboot: External NVMe enclosures only recognized on USB2 in Librem Mini v2
We had a report of a user trying to boot an OS from an external NVMe in an enclosure that the NVMe is not recognized in Coreboot's boot menu. Other devices like Live USB are recognized.
This was with a Librem Mini v2.
This is the user's dmidecode info;
Handle 0x0000, DMI type 0, 26 bytes BIOS Information Vendor: coreboot Version: 4.12-Purism-4 Release Date: 12/11/2020 ROM Size: 16 MB
This was the enclosure model used: https://www.amazon.com/Sabrent-EC-NVME-Aluminum-Enclosure-Nvme/dp/B081FHQ781
Matt was able to reproduce the problem with the same enclosure model.
With @matt.devillier the device was only recognize using USB2.
User that reported the issue only tried with USB3 ports
