Coreboot 4.12-Purism-3 Display refresh rate max to 30Hz

Coreboot 4.12-Purism-3 Display refresh rate max to 30Hz.

On a Librem-Mini

After updating from 4.12-Purism-2 to 4.12-Purism-3 I saw that my display settings changed :

1. the zoom level got reset to default
2. The max refresh rate of the display is 30Hz
3. The mouse is lagging on the screen when I move it.

I Downgraded to 4.12-Purism-2, and that fixed my issue, screen it not lagging anymore and display refresh is back to 60Hz
