we don't need imx5 for images any longer

so files/ only contains generated stuff.

This Separates files we want to upload (needed to build the image) from
files in this repo and temporary files like logs before things get out
of control.

so not every function has to bother with the proper setup.

Old Boundary uboot cant read from ext4 and so we need ext2 for the
initial uboot update. Also we want separate /boot to turn on disk
encryption.

to not leave traces on the host system

While we could install some in root.sh and some in lava.sh having
this in one place makes it easier to debug and since we're past
debootstrap it's more robust.

This adds a function which runs apt-get inside the generated image to
install task-gnome-desktop.  Apparently debootstrap can't handle
this.

GNOME is a massive addition so it's commented out for now as it's
probably overkill unless needed.

rather preprocess the boot files

to disable LVDS/LCD

so he/she can launch it from the console

Bind mount qemu-arm-static so we can run commands inside the chroot

Trust in version control

This makes it simple to ship e.g. u-boot updates for the nitrogen boards

This increases readability since I don't have to wonder where it's used.
If we need it we should export it from lava.sh and not duplicate the
logic here.
