Configs not residing in the kernel tree can be defconfigs too
if we run oldconfig afterwards.

This allows us to use trimmed defconfigs which are way easier to
maintain and compare.

This makes the overrides more useful

This makes sure it belongs to the user running the build process.  If we
create it during root.sh it will belong to root and not be writeable
later on when we want to indicate a tainted image.

network: Remove eth0 from interfaces list

The eth0 interface is automatically picked up by NetworkManager for DHCP.

This helps to spot errors before even running the script.
