We need to parse the build type for librem5-devkit-tools. This will
also break librem5-devkit-flash-image so that people don't end up
with radnom images until it gets fixed.

This makes it simpler to identify images.

This makes sure we clean up the right stuff. Check doesn't use it
yet but it's better to be consistent.

Nobody is using them (although they were deemed important in Siegen) and they
only eat up build time.

This makes it easier to find builds for a particular purpose. Previously finding the correct artifact required clicking through all recent builds.

Otherwise there's nothing to archive

This allows us to build via parameters for different board types.

   https://arm01.puri.sm/job/Images/job/CI%20Build%20All/

uses this so we can build all board types on commit.

We might want to archive different artifacts later too but we'll do this
in a follow up commit.
