Build deb via CI/CD
User story: I am a developer/sysadmin on a Debian system. I want to simply install a stable version of Keel, so that I can easily evaluate it.
Suggested solution: Use existing instructions to build a .deb via GitLab's CI/CD.
Success: I can visit https://source.puri.sm/liberty/ldh_middleware , navigate to a publicly accessible URL, download a deb of the latest commit and install it on Debian stable (Stretch).
Nice-to-have: I can curl/wget the same URL to always download the latest build.
