Tugboat - Vendorized Liberty bundles for PureOS stable

This project is a knowledge base for vendorizing Liberty projects for installation on servers running PureOS stable. Vendorizing code and releases should ultimately be made within each repo, but this is a useful intermediary workspace. The primary target is server-based applications.

Changes made to meet long-term packaging requirements should be incorporated into the corresponding vendorized bundle as soon as feasible.

Out-of-bundle packages inherited from Debian stable are considered frozen, barring security updates. Dependencies against these packages are locked.

All vendorized dependencies are considered fluid and under the maintenance of the Liberty vendorization team. The number of these packages should be minimized, and locking to major/stable versions is strongly preferred.
