Init screen recorder

Add screen recorder to the app. To install on Byzantium you have to use:

sudo dpkg -i --ignore-depends syncevolution ./librem5-goodies_0.0.6pureos1+librem5ci71416.300fced_all.deb

We will need to add syncevolution to the repo or remove contacts-importer for Byzantium.

This will also break Amber because it does not have wf-recorder in its repo.
