Added a list of available commands to README.md

reintroduced 'lurch' since it is more actively maintained and more 
widely used than the 'libpurple-omemo-plugin'

People just wanting to look at the UI don't need these.

Libhandy needs additional build-deps so building it currently as
described fails. Instead of playing catchup with libhandy's changes
recommend the distro package and link to libhandy's own build
instructions.
