Previously /usr/bin/dh_apparmor was called if it existed.
Since apparmor doesn't build-depend on itself this is not the case in a minimal
build environment.
  
The workaround in apparmor-profiles.postrm to remove /etc/apparmor.d/local/<profile>
broke likely due to changes in dpkg.
