Displays: Scale buttons don't fit (and hence make whole g-c-c- too wide)

We didn't hit this since Phosh so far only supported integer scaling but for fractional (which is useful on various devices) the line gets too wide. @tobias.bernard do you have a suggestion how to fix this? Cutting down on the options (100%, 125%, 150%, 175% and 200% doesn't really make sense since that's what people are using (currently via hard coded config on startup or wlr-randr).
